Sanctions Update: UK Delistings and Amendments
The UK removed Alexy Panferov, former Deputy Chairman of Sovcombank, from its Russia sanctions list. Panferov, designated in 2022 and represented by Peters & Peters, follows the 2025 delistings of former colleagues Ilya Brodskiy and Aleksey Fisun. Sovcombank itself remains sanctioned.
Additionally, the UK modified the listing for Turkish company By Inovasyon Teknoloji. Previously designated in 2024 for involvement in the Russian defense sector, its basis now focuses on providing financial services or funds that contribute to destabilizing Ukraine.
